Survey summary
The 2012 International Arbitration Survey: Current and Preferred Practices in the Arbitral Process is the largest empirical study ever undertaken in the field of international arbitration.
The survey is the fourth in a series of high profile surveys conducted by the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary, University of London. White & Case is delighted to sponsor this survey once again, which this year focuses on current and preferred practices in the arbitral process. For the very first time, the closed doors of international arbitration – a private dispute resolution mechanism – have been opened up for the world to see behind.
